I hired Kings Landing twice and absolutely loved the experience. The boat was so modern and well designed and the customer service and support from Nikki and Andy was exceptional. So good that I decided I want to buy my own boat! Nikki and Andy helped me through every step of the process and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful new boat. Designed and built by The Epic Boating Company.

I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is thinking of hiring a boat, looking to upgrade their current boat or any other boating needs. The customer service and knowledge is brilliant and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my boat!

Wow what a amazing week we had aboard King’s Landing. Nikki and Andy have thought of everything . And provided excellent training to us beofre we set off due to this being out first nattowboating holiday. They were very patient and gave us all info we needed.

The boat is very wrll equipped with everything you need for an amazing week. Thankyou Andy and Nikki for letting gbus hire your 5 star boat.

Four wonderful nights onboard, Kings Landing has everything you could possibly need on a canal break and is spotlessly clean and well furnished. Nikki and Andy are lovely and provide a really professional service. Thoroughly recommended, five stars.

Nikki & Andy did a great job of dressing Hubenita (65′ Trad) ready for sale. Andy showed prospective buyers around the boat, they found the perfect new owners, New to canal boating, excited & enthusiastic to be joining the ‘cut’. Two days of training & showing the ropes, they are off on their new adventure😁, Bill of sale & transfer went smoothy. Thank you Nikki & Andy🌈

Fabulous boat, beautifully equipped and maintained. Nikki and Andy are efficient, helpful and friendly. We have hired on the canals for many, many years and would recommend the Epic Boat Co. to anybody thinking of having their ‘first go’ at a Narrowboat Holiday or is tired of the ‘impersonal’ service offered by the large companies.

My wife and I recently hired Kings Landing for a 2-week cruise on the Grand Union Canal. Andy met us at Bletchley station and took us to do food shopping on the way to the boat. The service from Nikki and Andy was excellent throughout and the boat was amazing; clean, modern and a unique appearance which garnered several compliments from other canal users. The one time that I had to contact Andy during the cruise (not for a problem, by the way) he responded very quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our time on the canal and will not hesitate to do it again when time permits. Give the Epic Boating Company a try – you will definitely not be disappointed.

Excellent boat and really nice people to deal with. Did a short trip to Blisworth and back with daughter and grandson and couldn’t have been better. Interesting through MK as well and able to park near a pub every night! Been involved with canal boats since the early 70’s so speaking from experience.

The boat is beautiful (with lots of tiny well thought-out details), the region is idyllic, and Andy and Nikki were super helpful- giving good advice and even letting us stay on longer when there was not a letting that afternoon.

Loved the bench at the front – super peaceful- our teen was most happy when bounding along the gunwales to get to it (there are handrails) and hopping off for the locks.

Great fun! Was apprehensive, as we’ve never done this before… what were we worried about? Was super easy! Boat is very well thought out, everything you need is on board, shower had amazing pressure, didn’t even notice we weren’t on land. Can’t wait to go again!!
